Everything included

A box arrives every week.

No shopping lists, no printing, no scrambling for craft sticks on a Sunday night. Each weekly package holds exactly what that week’s three builds need — and the first one carries the journal and your workbook.

Weekly project pack

All materials for that week's three challenges, measured, bagged and labelled by session.

Engineering journal

A printed journal your child keeps — a prediction, a sketch and a result for every build.

Parent workbook

The full facilitator pack: a start-here guide, session notes, weekly check-ins and the showcase guide.

The Branch Kids app

Guides each session, reads instructions aloud, and shows parents progress without scores or streaks.

A week of camp, at your kitchen table.

Three sessions a week, 25–40 minutes each, whenever suits your family. Your child builds and tests; Sprout — the app’s coach — asks the questions a good engineering mentor would.

You don’t need to know any engineering. The workbook tells you what to notice; the app does the guiding.

The week's box arrives — materials bagged by session, ready to open.

Your child opens the app, and Sprout sets up the challenge: build it, test it, change one thing, test again.

They record what happened in their journal — a prediction, a sketch, a result.

You do a five-minute weekly check-in — the app turns it into a growing garden your child can see, never a score.

The programme

18 builds, one real arc.

Every week your child pushes something, holds something up and sets something going — and each build asks a little more of them than the last. The final week brings it all together in a project they design, build and present to you.

The app

One app, two views.

Kids see this week’s three challenges, Sprout’s guidance read aloud, and a garden that grows as their skills do.

Parents see a calm dashboard behind a PIN: progress by domain, every conversation transcript, the weekly check-in and all the guides.

No adverts, no scores, no streaks. Conversations with Sprout stay strictly on the session and are always visible to you.

Questions parents ask.

How much time does it take each week?

Three sessions of 25–40 minutes, whenever suits you. Sessions pause and resume, so a build can happily stretch across two evenings.

Do I need to know anything about engineering?

No. The app guides your child through each build, and Sprout asks the questions a good engineering mentor would — your job is company, not tuition.

How much screen time is involved?

Very little — the screen sets up the challenge, reads it aloud, and answers questions; the building, testing and journalling all happen with real materials at the table.

What if we miss a week?

Nothing breaks. Sessions can be paused any time and picked back up — the programme waits.

Is the AI safe for my child to talk to?

Sprout only ever talks about the session in front of them, declines anything off-topic, and every conversation transcript is visible in your parent dashboard. There is no open-ended chat.

Can two siblings do the camp together?

Yes — the app supports multiple child profiles in one household at no extra cost.

The first box is the hardest to put down.
